Light Trails, Blue Hour, Big Ben, Westminster Bridge, London, England - Big Ben is the nickname for the Great Bell of the clock atop Elizabeth Tower at the north end of the Palace of Westminster (Houses of Parliament). The clock tower was completed in 1858. On top of the pendulum inside the tower is a small stack of penny coins to adjust the time of the clock. Adding or removing a penny will change the clock's speed by 0.4 seconds per day.
