England - JoeDanielPrice

This beautiful fountain is located in Piccadilly Circus, London, City of Westminster, England. I woke up really early on a weekend, there were very few people around, which for a Piccadilly photo is unique! The Horses of Helios is a 1992 sculpture by Rudy Weller. It depicts Aethon, Eos, Phlegon, and Pyrois, the four hoses of Helios, the Greek god of the sun. Piccadilly Circus was built in 1819 to connect Regent Street with Piccadilly, the word circus derives from the latin word meaning circle. The Circus is known for its iconic video display and neon signs.
