Brecon Beacons - JoeDanielPrice

Sunrise, Carreg Cennen Castle, four miles south of Llandeilo, near Trapp, Brecon Beacons, Carmarthenshire, Wales - The castle is protected by cliffs to the south and ditches to the west. The first castle was probably built in the 12th century. In 1403 Owain Glyndwr, with 800 men, attacked Carreg Cennen, and inflicted severe damage to the walls, but failed to take the castle.
